Ancient Egyptian wooden mummy mask. Third intermediate period dynasties 21-25 ca. 1070-712. The mask is carved wood with a white gesso and traces of yellow pigment which indicates that this mask belonged to a woman. The mask has one eye and one eyebrow intact and has a charming expression. H. 16 cm.
